Rocket the Mountain Dog, 10x10in, oil/canvas. This is an older painting, but a favorite. I found this stray dog on a -13 degree day. When the owner presented, she described Rocket (my name)  as a 'mountain dog.' All evidence was a mountain of pillows on top the bed!!
